The Alfa Acciai Group believes in young people and is committed to promote their access into the labour market, by investing in their desire to grow, learn and keep abreast of the times.
This is why the Alfa Acciai Group has recently set up Alfa Academy, a training project created in collaboration with the Machina Lonati ITS Academy Institute, the aim being to train young people to install and maintain industrial and steelmaking equipment.
