For the third consecutive year, Alfa Acciai Group enthusiastically participated in this event, open to institutions and citizens, reaffirming its commitment to promoting a more sustainable future.

Our booth featured an immersive experience dedicated to the circularity of steel— a virtual journey through the infinite lives of our products, which can be endlessly recycled while maintaining their properties unchanged. This was a tangible way to showcase how electric arc furnace steel plays a key role in the ecological transition and how our 70-year commitment to the environment translates into concrete actions every day, enhancing significant amounts of scrap while preserving natural resources.

Women at the center: a special March 8

On March 8, International Women's Day, we celebrated our female colleagues and consultants with a special moment of sharing: a toast dedicated to recognizing the value and contributions of women within the Alfa Acciai Group. The occasion also marked the official presentation of our new video on gender equality - a project that highlights the women of Alfa Acciai as key players in a professional growth journey within an environment that fosters inclusion, equity and the development of skills.

Sustainability, Inclusion and Youth Projects

Futura Expo 2025 provided a valuable opportunity to reaffirm our commitment to building a future where environmental and social sustainability go hand in hand. From increasingly efficient and circular production processes to corporate welfare policies and people development initiatives, Alfa Acciai continues to invest in technological innovation and projects centered around people, the local community and the environment.

The event was also an opportunity to introduce the second edition of Alfa Academy, a one-year training program designed to develop professionals specialized in the installation and maintenance of steel production and processing systems.
